This is a great book to read. I've sold residential real estate for 25 years and I've taught the same topics to many new agents. She lays the material out in an easy to read format. Do what she teaches and you'll make a great living selling new homes and have a very rewarding career.
Overpriced. That was my first thought when I ordered the book. Now that I have read it- I think I owe Christine some more money.What a great book. And you do not have to get half way through the book to get to the good stuff. Chapter 1 is chalked full of exceptional advice! I have been selling for many years and trained many sales people. This book is great for seasoned sales people. It is an exceptional book for people just getting into New Home Sales.Everyone is always asking how the top sales people are doing it. What is their secret. Here is a book that comes from one of those top sales people and written in a way that translates that expertise in a readable and comprehend-able way.I would definitely recommend this book to all new Home Sales people - new and used (seasoned).
I started in this business with no real estate experience and very nervous. I was a temp, part-time, for a Builder that I really wanted to work for when one of my coworkers gave me this book. It was my first training and introduction to New Homes Sales and it made a huge difference! I've learned how to be confident as a beginner in this industry, and how to build my skills and grow as a Sales Professional. In only a year I was hired as a full-time Sales Agent by the Company I was temping for and am now in charge of selling an entire Community of 28 Homes. I have grown so much in such a short period of time and am very appreciative of the confidence Christine has helped me to gain with her training.
Not even done it yet and it could be the best sales book I've ever read. Been in the Pharmaceutical Vendor world for 30 years. Just picked this up and can't put it down. Maybe home sales people know something other sales people don't.You won't be disappointed.
Front-Line Experience is evident in this well written concise book on New Home Sales. Christine has obviously been there and done that and is willing to freely share her valuable advice to the reader. Having read many new home sales books this one is different because it is written by someone who has spent more time on the sales floor than in the management/training role. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to improve and gain insight into new home sales. Thank you Christine for this great book!
This was the best New Home Sales training book ever. I have read them all. She actually gives you examples and the process step by step. This is a must buy. She also has a video training series you can purchase, which I'll be ordering.
I enjoyed this book! It's full of useful information for a new home sales person wanna be or an actual one who needs better skills. There is a lot of information; reading more than once and taking notes will increase your chance of becoming a successful new homes sales person.
