For visual learners this book is easy tonread and follow each step. It even adds in other tips to make your spreadsheets easy to build. For someone who never had to use Excel, this book is a good guide to practice on your own and understand the program more.
The product would have been good if the publisher Wiley books was to provide the excel workbooks referenced in the book as available content. I contacted their customer support and after 3 days of email back an fourth the net net is this book has no exercises that are available. This does not make sense and is more than likely not a problem with the author but with the publisher. Whatever the case I need a book on Excel and I will just pay for another that does have downloadable exercises that the book is going along with.
A simple and an algorithmic book. It is easy to understand, answers every question you need, and at the same time practical. You can see everything you search at one glance. Includes everything you need to work with excel. The format is very simple and gives the reader everhting he needs to use excel.
The book ends up skipping some details that are needed to properly learn from. Some lessons cannot be completed because the wrong procedures are written in. Better off looking for another publisher's books to learn from.
One of the better books for learning basic and Intermediate Excel. Help you step through those functions you forgot when you took classes. Great illustrations
