Excellent textbook for RDs, nutritionists, and health coaches. Teaches sound principles for nutrition counseling: motivational interviewing, the Five-Stage Theory of behavioral change, and appreciative inquiry. Is a bit light on appreciative inquiry, however. Nice selection of forms in the appendices.
